Le damos la bienvenida a la recopilación de la OMPI de los datos de contacto de las oficinas nacionales y regionales de propiedad intelectual (PI) del mundo.
La concesión de derechos de PI, que tienen un carácter territorial, es una decisión soberana de los Estados que se rige por leyes nacionales o regionales. Por lo tanto, su oficina nacional o regional de PI es el principal recurso para resolver todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la protección de su PI. Las oficinas le ofrecerán orientación en el proceso de obtención de derechos de PI respecto de sus invenciones, marcas, diseños y otros activos.
