This World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) publication was prepared under the direction of Alejandro Roca Campaña (Senior Director, Intellectual Property (IP) for Innovators Department, IP and Innovation Ecosystems Sector) and Olga Spasic (Former Head, Technology Transfer Section, IP for Innovators Department, IP and Innovation Ecosystems Sector).
The guide was authored by a project team from Oxentia Ltd, an innovation management and technology commercialization consultancy that originated in 2004 as an operating division within Oxford University Innovation Ltd, the world-leading technology transfer company of the University of Oxford.
