This economic report of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) titled FRAND Economics: Valuation Methods in Licensing Standard Essential Patents was prepared under the WIPO Strategy on SEPs.
The work was carried out under the general auspices of WIPO Director General Daren Tang, the Patents and Technology Sector led by Deputy Director General Lisa Jorgenson and the Innovation Ecosystems Sector led by Assistant Director General Marco Alemán.
The publication is the result of the invaluable collective efforts of external contributors and WIPO colleagues.
