WIPO ADR FRAND Case Experience

The Guidance on WIPO FRAND ADR includes tailored model submission agreements that parties may use to refer a dispute concerning the determination of FRAND terms to WIPO Mediation, Arbitration, Expedited Arbitration or Expert Determination.
Online Conciliation for Copyright Disputes

To overcome in-person meeting and travel hurdles, the National Institute of Copyright of Mexico (INDAUTOR), as well as the National Directorate of Copyright of Colombia (DNDA), in collaboration with the WIPO Center, make available online conciliation meetings to resolve copyright disputes in their respective countries.
