The topic of the webinar: PCT System: Criteria of Patentability on the International Phase. Cases When the Search Report isn’t Carried Out

This webinar focuses on:
- criteria on patentability applied in the international phase, its definition and meanings;
- differences between novelty and inventive step;
- whether an international search can be carried out when the invention lacks the criterion of "industrial applicability";
- list of subject matter for which international search and international preliminary examination aren’t conducted;
- checking of patentability when the claims comprise several inventions.
The webinar will be in Russian and is designated for participants from Caucasian, Central Asian and Eastern European Countries, as well as participants from other countries (if applicable). After the presentation, you will have an opportunity to ask speakers all the questions on this topic and the PCT system.
