In order to bring into compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the legal protection of programs for electronic computers and databases", in accordance with Articles 10 and 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. To include in the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of the Rules for implementation, submitting and consideration of an application for issuing a patent for a selection achievement, Rules for implementation, submitting and consideration of an application for official registration of a program for electronic computers or a databases” from October 27, 2011 № 686 the following changes:
in the Rules for implementation, submitting and consideration of an application for official registration of a program for electronic computers or a databases approved by the abovementioned decree:
- in paragraph 11: in subparagraph thirteen: the words "the record on an optical disc format" should be replaced by the
words "on electronic media"; the third sentence should be deleted; subparagraph fifteen shall read as follows: "If the computer program submitted for registration contains audio-video
materials, then examples of such materials may be submitted on electronic media."; - in paragraph 14: in the first subparagraph, replace the word "six" with the word "two"; in paragraph nine: replace the words "two months" with the words "fifteen days"; Add with the third sentence the following content: "The term for consideration of the application is accordingly extended by
fifteen days."; - in paragraph 10 of Annex 1 to the abovementioned Rules: Subparagraphs tenth, twelfth and thirteenth recognize no more valid; Add the following subparagraph to the fifteenth paragraph: "c electronic carrier ____ piece." 2. This decree enters into force fifteen days after the date of official
