The said amending Presidential Decree No. 35 introduced the following amendments, effective from May 10, 2019, to Chapter Twenty Seven (Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) of the consolidated extract: - Paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article 362 on the Board of Directors. - Paragraph (5) of Article 363 on the Duties and Powers of the Board of Directors.
