Decrees the following :
Article one - The value-added tax on import on the food vegetable oils imported by the persons authorized by the concerned departments of the Ministry of Trade and Handicrafts, and referred to in the table hereafter is suspended :

Art. 2 - The provisions of the decree herein shall apply until 31 December 2008.
Art. 3 - The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, the Minister of Industry, Energy and Small and Medium- Sized Enterprises, and the Minister of Trade and Handicrafts, each in his respective capacity, shall implement the decree herein, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.

Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources dated 14 July 2008, fixing the list of the vegetable varieties registered on the official catalogue of the vegetable varieties for the year 2007.
The Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources,
Having regard to law n° 99-42 dated 10 May 1999 relating to seeds, plants and vegetable obtaining as amended by law n° 2000-66 dated 3 July 2000,
Having regard to decree n° 2000-102 dated 18 January 2000, fixing the composition and the operating methods of the technical commission of seeds, plants and vegetable
obtaining as amended by decree n° 2004-2322 dated 27 September 2004,
Having regard to decree n° 2000-1281 dated 13 June 2000, fixing the form of the official catalogue, the procedures of registering the vegetable varieties and the conditions of registering the seeds and plants obtaining recently on the waiting list and notably article 6,
Having regard to the opinion of the technical commission of seeds, plants and vegetable obtaining dated 27 December 2007,
Having regard to the report of the relevant authority for the year 2007,
Orders the following:
Article one-The list of the varieties registered on the official catalogue of the vegetable varieties for the year 2007 is fixed in accordance with the list annexed to the order herein.
Art. 2 - The order herein shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
