The President of the Republic,

On a proposal by the Minister of Industry,

Considering Law No. 82-66 of August 6, 1982 on Standardization and Quality, in particular Articles 4 and 17,

Considering Law No. 2001-21 of February 6, 2001 on the Protection of Industrial Designs,

Considering Decree No. 82-1314 of September 24, 1982 concerning the Organization and Functioning of the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property, in particular Article 11,

Considering Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998, concerning the amounts of the fees relating to industrial property,

Considering the opinion of the Minister of Finance,

Considering the opinion of the administrative tribunal.

Hereby decrees:

1. The amounts of the fees relating to industrial designs, as provided for in Articles 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 16 of the above Law No. 2001-21 of February 6, 2001, shall be fixed in accordance with the table attached to this Decree.

The amounts of the fees shall not include V.A.T.

2. The fees referred to in Article one of this Decree shall be collected in accordance with the same procedures as laid down in Table “D,” attached to the above Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998.

3. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree, in particular Table “C” attached to the above Decree No.98-2133 of November 2, 1998, shall be repealed.

4. The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry shall, within their individual remits, be responsible for enforcing this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
