The President of the Republic,

On a proposal by the Minister of Industry,

Considering Law No. 82-66 of August 6,1982, on Standardization and Quality, notably Articles 4 and 17 thereof,

Considering Law No. 2000-84 of August 24, 2000, on Patents,

Considering Decree No. 82-1314 of September 24, 1982, on the organization and operation of the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property, notably Article 11 thereof,

Considering Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998, on the amounts of the royalties payable for industrial property,

Considering the advice of the Minister of Finance,

Considering the advice of the Administrative Tribunal,

Decrees as follows:

1. The amounts of the royalties payable for patents and provided for in Articles 22, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30, 32, 37, 38, 52, 54, 61, 62 and 63 of the aforesaid Law No. 2000-84 of August 24, 2000, shall be as specified in the table annexed to this Decree.

2. The royalties referred to in Article 1 of this Decree shall be collected according to the procedures provided for in Table D annexed to the aforesaid Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998.

3. All earlier provisions contrary to those of this Decree, notably Table A annexed to the aforesaid Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998, are repealed.

The amounts of the above fees shall be understood to be before value-added tax.

4. The Ministers of Finance and Industry shall be responsible, each in so far as he is concerned, with the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic.
