The Parliament ofthe Republic ofMotdova shall ctdopt the present organic law:
Art. I - Article lO of the Law No. 46I-XUl of May 18, 1995 on Patents for

"(9) Natural persons shall file the appiication documents in Moldovan or Russian languages. With the exception of t.he request, the appHcatiun documents may be fiJed hi one of the following 1ntemat1ona1·language$ of communication: English; French, German. In sucb case, a translcttion into Moldovan or Russian shall be submitted tci th-e Agency within two months foilowing the date of the national regulatory fillii:J.g.of th-e application, and that date shaH be maintained.
