on Amending and Completing of Various Laws
The Parliament ofthe Republic ofMotdova shall ctdopt the present organic law:
Art. I - Article lO of the Law No. 46I-XUl of May 18, 1995 on Patents for
Inventions (republished in the Official Bulletin of the Repu.blic of Moldova,
2003No.1263-131, Art. 505), shall be amended and completed as foltows;

"(9) Natural persons shall file the appiication documents in Moldovan or Russian languages. With the exception of t.he request, the appHcatiun documents may be fiJed hi one of the following 1ntemat1ona1·language$ of communication: English; French, German. In sucb case, a translcttion into Moldovan or Russian shall be submitted tci th-e Agency within two months foilowing the date of the national regulatory fillii:J.g.of th-e application, and that date shaH be maintained. If in the course of that period th;e appli ant does not file a translation of the documents in Moldovan or Russia.11the
