COPYR1GHT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2007 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 2008
Under section 2(2) of the Copyright (Amendment) Ordinance 2007 (15 of 2007), I appoint 25 April 2008 as the day on which the following sections of the Ordinance shall come into operation
- (a)
- section 6(1) (insofar as it relates to the new section 25(1)(c));
- (b)
- section 47(2) (insofar as it relates to paragraph (c) of the new definition of "rental right" in section 198(1)); and
- (c)
- section 75 (insofar as it relates to Part 3 of the new Schedule 7 but only to the extent that Part 3 of the new' Schedule 7 relates to the transitional provisions and savings in relation to the amendments effected by section 6 (insofar as it relates to the new section 25(1)(c))).
