Notes
As an integral part of the constitutional system of the Czech Republic and to which the Constitution expressly refers, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms protects: the right to own property (Article 11), the freedom of scholarly research and of artistic creation (Article 15), the cultural rights of national and ethnic minorities (Chapter 3), and the rights to the fruits one’s creative intellectual work and the right of access to the nation’s cultural wealth (Article 34).
