This version of the second revision of the Regulations incorporates all the amendments up to the "Decision of January 9, 2010, for Amending the Implementation Regulations of the Patent Law of China" (the second amendment), which entered into force on February 1, 2010. For the amendments made by the second amendment, see: - Articles 2, 6-9, 11-18, 20, 26-28, 30-32, 34-36, 40-41, 44, 55-57 and 59-60; - Articles 71-78, 83-85, 87-95, 97-107, 109-110 and 112-114. The second amendment adds especially new Articles 26 &109 on genetic resources to this version of the second revision of the Regulations.
