The said amending Law No. 102 introduced amendments (in force on August 23, 2023) to the following provisions of this consolidated version of the Industrial Property Code: - Chapter II, Section IV, Article 81 (repealed). - Chpater III, Section I, Article 129, paragraph 3 (repealed). - Chapter IV, Section I, Article 170, paragraphs 3-ter to 3-g (repealed); and Section IV, Article 193, paragraph 2 (superseded and amended). The English version is for reference purposes only and not a legally definitive translation of the original Italian text. In the event a difference arises regarding the meaning herein, the original Italian version shall prevail as the official authoritative version.
