Article 1 of the said amending Law No. XIII-2736 provides amendments (in force on January 1, 2022) to paragraph 2 of Article 28 under Section Five, Chapter II of this consolidated version of the Law on Trademarks. The unofficial English translation was consolidated on September 1, 2022. This date is not related to a legal amendment of the Law on Trademarks and it is referred to the date on which the English text was consolidated.
