This consolidated version of the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994) 1994 (S.I. 1994/1443 (S.69), which has not yet included any amendments made to it since its entry into force on September 5, 1999, was updated and generated on January 24, 2020 (see the list "Changes to legislation" on pages 420 to 471 for detailed amendments that have not yet been incorporated into the said consolidated version).
Among other amendments, this consolidated version has not yet included the amendments introduced by section 2 (Causes relating to intellectual property) of the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session Amendment No. 6) (Causes Relating to Intellectual Property) 1999.
Chapter 55 (sections 55.1 to 55.18) under section entitlted "Special provisions in relation to particular proceedings", Schedule 2 of this consolidated version of the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994) 1994 relates to the causes relating to intellectual property.
