The Law of Commercial Courts entered into force on June 16, 2020, 60 days following its publication in the Official Gazette (April 17, 2020), in accordance to its Article 96 under Part 11 on Final Provisions).
Paragraph 6 of Article 16 under Part 2 (Jurisdiction) provides that the commercial court shall have jurisdiction over claims and violations arising from the intellectual property law.
