Section 366(1) (relating to replacement of 'trade-mark' in other Acts) under Division 25, Part 6 of the said amending Act 'Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1', which entered into force on June 17, 2019 introduced amendments to subsection (6) under section 14 (Designation of denominations) in the English version, where the word 'trade-mark' was replaced by the word 'trademark'.
