This consolidated version of the Organic General Procedural Code incorporates all the amendments up to the 'Organic Law on the Promotion of Production, Attraction of Investment, Generation of Employment and Fiscal Stability and Balance' (also called 'Law on the Promotion of Production'), which was published in the Supplement to the Official Gazette No. 309 on August 21, 2018, and entered into force on the day of its publication.
The Second Repealing Provision under the 'Repealing Provisions' of the said Law on the Promotion of Production provides repeal of Articles 102 to 106 under Chapter VII, Title I, Book II of this consolidated version.
The Eleventh Amendment Provision under the 'Amendment Provisions' of this consolidated version of the Organic General Procedural Code amends Articles 296 and 297, and the Twelfth Provision repeals the Fifth Transitional Provision of the Codification of Intellectual Property Law.
