This consolidated version of the Regulation on the Register of Anonymous and Pseudonymous Works incorporates all the amendments up to Act of December 13, 2001, on the Regulation of Costs in the field of Intellectual Property, which entered into force on different dates, in accordance with its Article 30.
Article 26 of the said Act of December 13, 2001 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version, which entered into force on January 1, 2002:
- The title of the Regulation (now reworded as 'Regulation on the Register of Anonymous and Pseudonymous Works');
- § 1, paragraph (1), § 2 and § 3 (reworded);
- § 5, paragraph (1) (amended), paragraph (2) (reworded).
