The said amending Royal Decree of July 10, 2016 introduced amendments to point II, a) of the Annex, relating to royalties, taxes and additional charges due in respect of breeders' rights of this consolidated Royal Decree, where the words “Fifth to twenty-fifth year” are replaced by “Fifth to thirtieth year".
