COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA

STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 54 OF 2008

ORDER

Made by the Minister under section 35 of the Marks, Collective Marks and Trade Names Act, 1999 (Act No. 12 of 1999).

(Gazetted 18th December, 2008)

1. This Order may be cited as the -Short title.

MARKS, COLLECTIVE MARKS AND
TRADE NAMES (COMMENCEMENT)
ORDER, 2008.

2. In this Order the Marks, Collective Marks and Trade Interpretation.

Act No. 12 of 1999.

Names Act 1999 is referred to as “the Act”.

3. The Act shall come into force on the 2nd day of Commencement. February, 2009.

Made this 11th day of December, 2008.
