-Article 7. 2. l) on the Nature and functions of the Customs system which cites the protection of copyright and other artistic and cultural heritage in compliance with the provisions of Law applicable to flows of foreign trade as a function of the organs of the customs system;
-Article 118.2 on commissions for purchase and royalties, where the royalties and license fees include payments for the use of rights relating to: sale for export of imported goods, including trademarks and registered designs, or use or resale of imported goods, including copyright and manufacturing processes inseparably embodied in the imported goods; and
-Article 201 on Counterfeiting, use and break marks and stamps.
