Notes
The notification by Trinidad and Tobago to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This Amendment Act introduces protection for the packaging of goods or shapes. It makes the Controller, appointed under S3(1) of the Patent Act 1996 responsible for the administration of the laws relating to trademarks, and introduces responsibilities to be performed by the Comptroller of Customs and Excise regarding 'Notices of Objection to Importation'. '
