'This document takes over the best practices regarding the implementation of the codes of conduct of the authorized attorney in the EU states by approving such code for the authorized attorneys of the Republic of Moldova. It regulates the fundamental principles and rules of professional conduct, which is mandatory for the authorized intellectual property attorney both in relations with customers, national and international authorities, non-governmental organizations, and in relations with other authorized attorneys.'
