The said Act No. 720/2016 of August 25, 2016 amends section 29b of this consolidated version.

The notification by Finland to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'Act on Trade Names, adopted on 2 February 1979, 1979/128, as amended up to November 2006 (910/2006)

Act amending Section 29 b of the Act on Trade Names, adopted on 25 August 2016, 2016/720, entry into force on 1 January 2017
