Year of Version 2012 Dates Adopted: November 30, 2011 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Trademarks, Competition, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other, Industrial Property Notes This consolidated version of Antitrust Law incorporates amendments made by 'Decree No. 7.738 of May 28, 2012' (approving the Structure and the Table of Commissioned Positions of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE); reallocating commissioned positions and positions of trust; and amending Decrees No. 6.061 of March 15, 2007, No. 2.181 of March 20, 1997, and No. 1,306 of November 9, 1994).

The said Decree No. 7.738 of May 28, 2012, which entered into force on May 29, 2012, repealed Articles 121 and 126 under Title IX of this consolidated version.
