This consolidated text of the Civil Code incorporates all the amendments up to "Law No. 1666-VIII of October 10, 2016, on the Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of the Official Registration of Rights to Immovable Property and Protection of Property Rights ('the Amending Law')".
For the amendments introduced by the said Amending Law, which entered into force on November 2, 2016, see Book One, Section II, Division 2, Chapter 8, § 1, Article 126, paragraph 1 of the consolidated text.
