'The following changes have been made to the Regulations on the Industrial Property Law: Amendments to Article 2; Article 3, second paragraph; Article 4; Article 5; Article 7, subparagraph II(c); Article 9; Article 10; Article 11; Article 12; Article 13, first, third and fourth paragraphs; Article 14; Article 16, subparagraphs I, III and V; Article 18, second paragraph; Article 19; Article 20, second paragraph; Article 21; Article 30, subparagraph I and subparagraph II, first paragraph; Article 38, second paragraph; Article 46, second paragraph; Article 48; Article 50; Article 51; Article 56, first paragraph, subparagraph III, and second and third paragraphs; Article 62; and the title of Section IV; Addition of Article 5 bis; Article 5 ter; Article 13, final paragraph; Article 59 bis; Article 59 ter; Article 59 quater; Article 59 quinquies; and Article 61, final paragraph; and Abrogation of Article 74.
The changes concern, inter alia, the time-limits and other requirements for the submission of applications to and processing of applications by the Mexican Industrial Property Institute.'
