This consolidated version of the Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act takes into account amendments up to Presidential Decree No. 24373 of February 15, 2013, which entered into force on February 15, 2013 and January 1, 2014.
The said amending Presidential Decree No. 24373 that introduced amendments to this consolidated version entered into force on April 1, 2014 (see Articles 41, 45(1)2 under Section 5, Chapter II of this consolidated version for detailed amendments).
The consolidated version contains inter alia the following provisions on the enforcement of intellectual property rights:
- Chapter I, Section 2, Article 3;
- Chapter II, Section 4, Articles 16-2, 19;
- Chapter IX, Section 1, Articles 236 to 240, 242 and 245; Section 2, Article 246; and
- Chapter XIII, Article 288.
