Year of Version 2013 Dates Entry into force: March 31, 2013 Issued: February 27, 2013 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Trademarks, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This Order, issued pursuant to section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994, amends various time periods prescribed in the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008, regarding to the computation of period of time by reference to a relevant event, which starts on the day following the day on which the relevant event occurred.
The amendments to the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008 are set out in article 2 of the Order.
