This consolidated version of the Law on the Protection of Competition (SG No. 102/2008) takes into account amendments up to Law SG No. 73/2011, which was promulgated in the State Gazette on September 20, 2011, and entered into force on the day of its promulgation, except for
§ 2, §5 and §6, which entered into force one month after the day of its promulgation in the State Gazette.
The said amending Law SG No. 73/2011 introduced amendments to paragraph (4) of Article 98 under Chapter Twelve, Title Three of this consolidated Law.
This consolidated Law contains provisions on acts of unfair competition related to intellectual property rights (see Articles 33-35, and Article 37 under Chapter Seven, Title Two).
