The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify the deposit by the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, on June 3, 2025, of its instrument of accession to the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, adopted at Singapore on March 27, 2006.
The Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, on September 3, 2025.
