At the 62nd Assemblies of WIPO, it was decided that the verbatim reports of WIPO meetings would be replaced by automated speech-to-text (S2T) transcripts and translations as of October 2021, except for WIPO meetings taking place in the framework of the Assemblies, meetings of WIPO Governing Bodies, the Program and Budget Committee (PBC) and of Diplomatic Conferences.

Webcasting and S2T Portal

WIPO now proposes S2T and webcasting on a consolidated website.
Videos on demand are available with automatically generated transcripts in a more user friendly interface. Easily find or share interventions and search for key words in all video transcripts.
