The webinar will address the possibility of correcting the priority after the filing of an international application and the consequences of priority corrections.
Moreover, it will discuss issues related to corrections of obvious and technical errors after the filing of the international application, which are made under Rule 91 of the Regulations under the PCT, as well as regarding the registration of amendments to the application under Rule 92bis of the Regulations.
The webinar will be held in Russian. After the webinar, you will have an opportunity to ask a specialist from Geneva all the questions you might have.
