The star event this year was without doubt our new webinar on Transformation and Replacement – just one of the topics that you specifically requested! In the English version alone, we welcomed 440 of you, answering almost 100 questions during the live Q&A session! Did you miss out on this event? Access the video recording!

We received numerous requests from you to cover trademark examination procedures in specific Intellectual Property Offices.

Did you know? The United Kingdom (UK) has been the most designated Madrid System Member for two years in a row now, with more than 30,000 designations in 2022.

Not surprising perhaps that this time round, we focused on the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO). In October, we joined forces with experts from the UK IPO, to look at how best to avoid provisional refusals. What better way to learn than to get insightful tips directly from national experts? Webinars for SMEs

We introduced a brand-new webinar series in Spring 2023, dedicated to small business owners who are just starting to discover the world of intellectual property. Delivered in six languages – English, French Spanish, Russian, Japanese, and Korean – this series provided tips and insights into keeping up with the competition and taking a business to the next level, by launching its products and services on overseas markets.
