Hague System - Israel modifies its individual designation fees

The Government of Israel has announced modifications to its individual designation fees under the Hague System. These changes will take effect on March 24, 2025.

When designating the Israel in an international application, the individual designation fees will be adjusted as follows:
- 114 Swiss francs (default fee) and 68 Swiss francs (reduced fee) for each design included in an international application;
- First renewal: 142 Swiss francs for each design;
- Second renewal: 170 Swiss francs for each design;
- Third renewal: 199 Swiss francs for each design;
- Fourth renewal: 227 Swiss francs for each design.
More about reduced fees for the designation of Israel
Reductions apply when designating Israel in an international application if you are:
- a natural person;
- a small entity whose yearly revenue does not exceed the amount set in the Israeli Design Regulations; or
- a higher education institution recognized by Israeli law; and
- you are not claiming priority of an earlier filing.
