Declarations, reservations etc.

Accession to the Geneva Act (1977) by the Republic of Cuba contained the following declaration: "The Government of the Republic of Cuba deplores that, even after the adoption by the General Assembly of the United Nations of Resolution 1514 (XV) setting forth the Declaration on the granting of independence to colonial countries and peoples, a text of the nature such as that referred to in Article 13 of the said Nice Agreement, namely Article 24 of the Stockholm Act (1967) of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, had been adopted."
