Declarations, reservations etc.

New Zealand deposited on December 17, 2018, a declaration extending the effects of its accession to the Stockholm Act (1967) to Articles 1 to 12 thereof, in respect only of the territory of New Zealand. (see Paris Notification No. 222)

Territorial information

Accession to the Stockholm Act (1967), with the exception of Articles 1 to 12, extends to the Cook Islands, Niue and Tokelau. (see Paris Notification No. 110)

Accession to the London Act (1934) included Western Samoa. (see La Propriété Industrielle 1947, No.1, p.2)

Accession to the Hague Act (1925) included Western Samoa. (see La Propriété Industrielle 1931, No.6, p.84)
