2.Participate in onsite analysing and re-configuring the IPAS Madrid Workflow based on Madrid Agreement best practices to suit the needs and requirements of the office and the WIPO IB;
3.Provide practical training, knowledge transfer and technical support to IP office staff in the day to day management, administration and operation of their Madrid Business Process system;
4.Identify, resolve and document all outstanding issues; |
