To organize WIPO's strategic response in two phases. Phase 1 consisted in the holding of a national meeting on IP management, innovation and technology transfer for Government-funded research institutions which took place in November 2014. Phase II which was proposed to be undertaken in 2015, consisted in organizing an IP audit of Public research organization and universities to be followed by the elaboration of a model institutional IP Policy for subsequent customization by the institutions, as a tool for DRST to utilize as it supports PROs and Universities in the process. |
