he Turkish Patent Institute has requested an advisory mission by staff from the International Bureau in December to discuss the Institute’s intention to submit an application for appointment as an International Searching and Preliminary Examining Authority in 2016. A draft reply to this letter is enclosed for your signature.
2. In order to provide the political and technical expertise for the advisory mission, it is proposed that the International Bureau is represented by Mr. Matthes and Mr. Marlow. Costs will be charged against the sub-program for the PCT Business Development Division. |
