WIPO, Turkish Patent Institute and Bilkent University, signed an agreement on June 12, 2015 for the offering of a joint Master’s Degree Program in Intellectual Property, for nationals and international candidates and, in particular, to nationals of the neighboring countries to Turkey.
Following the WIPO Academy meeting during the WIPO General Assemblies with Mr. Kadri Yavuz Ozbay, Head of International Affairs Department of the Turkish Patent Institute, it was proposed that the Master program be specialized in Patent Law and Design Law. WIPO was requested to provide assistance with the drafting of the curriculum, syllabus, suggested teaching and reading materials for the Master program. |
