The objective of the Roundtable would be to bring together stakeholders from the three main UWI campuses to review the challenges and opportunities on IP teaching and to come up with proposals, strategies and recommendations, with the view to ensure efficiency and sub-regional cooperation in IP teaching, training and research. In addition, the Roundtable will take stock of the available IP experts and resources in those institutions and their areas of expertise and review on how they can collaborate in IP teaching in the UWI including. Finally both participants from the IP offices and universities will discuss on any other IP specialized professional training courses needed for the region. |
