• Follow-up mission on the digitization project and the IPAS Electronic Document Management System;
• To deploy the WIPO Publish Server for internal testing and onsite client access
• To deploy the new IPAS+ and PCT Download Module
• To provide more user training and capacity building

• To follow-up on the previous WIPO mission that identified a lot of gaps in data capture and electronic IP file processing;
• To provide more capacity building and user training
• To resolve outstanding issues
• To plan for future upgrade of IPAS to version 3.1.1 and WIPO Publish
• To review and streamline patent application and grant workflow in the IPAS. |
