The objectives of the Course, in line with Strategic Goal VI of WIPO and in order to contribute to building respect for IP, being carried out in close cooperation with Program 9, are to enhance the judges and prosecutors’ skills in the area of IP enforcement by examining the minimum standards and flexibilities contained in Part III of the TRIPS Agreement; considering evidence in judicial proceedings; reflecting on recent case-law developments; and discussing other related topical issues in the context of the Advisory Committee on Enforcement. |
