The aim of this study visit would be to learn from the Israeli expertise concerning the establishment and maintaining of business incubators and gain more expertise on their management and work.
Though the system in Georgia may be slightly different mainly in the sense that it would be linked to the work of the Patent Office, Israeli institutions serve an excellent case study for a successful implementation of incubators.
Therefore, it is proposed that WIPO finance the travel and DSAs for two days for two representatives from Georgia. The Georgian Office will send the third representative at their own expenses. |
