The Government of Turkey, which had initiated cooperation with WIPO for the establishment of a national IP Academy during phase I of the project, has requested to be reconsidered as a beneficiary country within the Start-up Academies project as from 2014.
In order to initiate complying with this request, an ICS was offered to Mr. Laurent Manderieux for the development of a cooperation strategy and ad hoc consulting during a period of 12 months.
It is proposed that Mr. Manderieux and Ms. Pimentel undertake a mission to Ankara on May 1 and 2, 2014, in order to meet with local authorities and update the existing managerial documentation (developed during phase I of the project), so as to develop a cooperation strategy and define expected results. |
