| Description : |
The Committee at its 9th session agreed to consider:items:
• Practices and operation of alternative dispute resolution systems in IP areas.
• Preventive actions, measures or successful experiences to complement ongoing enforcement measures with a view to reducing the size of the market for pirated or counterfeited goods.
The participation of 26 government officials (five per region plus China) will be funded as before. WIPO is to finance the participation of 10 speakers. Another 12 speakers will be self-financed.
An exhibition will be organized presenting the various national activities by interested MS. |
